Personal game license

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Word Tycoon 2 on devices you own or control for lawful entertainment and testing. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer except where law permits, disrupt the service, evade technical safeguards, or use the game or its data to violate another person's rights.

Apple-distributed copies are also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory store terms, the mandatory store terms control.

Game currencies and features

Coins and Tokens are fictional game units earned only through play. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed, and are not financial products. The game has no advertising, real-money purchases, paid loot boxes, wagering, or prizes. We may rebalance rules, dictionaries, objectives, progression, and other features between versions.

Daily, Weekly, and shared results

Daily and Weekly challenges are solo deterministic puzzles with public top-50 scoreboards. Results are ranked by highest score and then earliest first server submission time. They are not contests, sweepstakes, or promises of a prize, and Coins and Tokens have no cash value. We may correct, reset, suspend, or discontinue a scoreboard when needed for integrity, moderation, maintenance, or a game update.

Native result sharing separately sends only the scorecard you choose through the destination you select. Third-party sharing services and recipients apply their own terms.

Company profiles and public-content conduct

Your company name and selected logo, seal, and color can appear with an eligible score. Use a fictional, non-sensitive company name. Do not submit a name or mark that is abusive, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, deceptive, personally identifying, confidential, impersonating, or infringing, or that includes contact information or another person's private information.

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You give Word Tycoon 2 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and moderate the company profile and related score only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the game and its scoreboards. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant that license.

Players can report a scoreboard row and hide a player by opaque handle. We may investigate, filter, remove, refuse, or restrict profiles, scores, or handles that violate these terms, threaten users or service integrity, appear manipulated, or create legal risk. We may preserve limited records needed to investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce restrictions. To report content outside the in-app controls, contact support@wordtycoon.com.

Gameplay data and privacy

The game can collect and upload pseudonymous gameplay, company-profile, reliability, and public-scoreboard data as described in the Privacy Policy. Core gameplay works offline. Optional sharing requires version 2 consent; an earlier opt-in does not automatically authorize the expanded collection. About & settings lets you pause future transfer or erase progress and associated live public rows. Pausing does not retract rows already published.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the game and its optional collector available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Device-local saves can be lost through deletion, uninstall, device failure, or platform storage cleanup. We may update, suspend, or discontinue online features, while respecting applicable law and store requirements.

Intellectual property and third-party software

Word Tycoon 2's original code, artwork, design, names, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Open-source components and dictionary data remain subject to their own licenses, listed in Open-source acknowledgements.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the game. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
